(714) 387.5888 <br />DATE APRIL 25, 1988 <br />FROM LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION <br />TO ALL AFFECTED AGENCIES (See Distribution Below) <br />SUBJECT AUDITOR CONTROLLER'S RESPONSE PURSUANT TO SB 180 <br />REF: LAFCO 2486 - REORGANIZATION TO INCLUDE CITY OF COLTON <br />ANNEXATION SOUTH 44 AND DETACHMENT FROM BLOOMINGTON RECREATION <br />AND PARK DISTRICT <br />Pursuant to the provisions outlined in Section 99 of the Revenue and Taxation <br />Code, the attached information is distributed and all affected agencies <br />have a thirty (30) day period in which to respond with a resolution from <br />the governing body as to the distribution of ad valorem taxes in this <br />change in boundaries. <br />The final date for receipt of the resolution(s) outlining the distribution <br />of ad valorem taxes pursuant to the negotiation process is: <br />MAY 25, 1988 <br />(NOTE: We are attempting to place this matter on the May 18, 1988, Commission <br />Agenda. In order to accomplish this, we will need to receive the required <br />tax negotiation resolutions by May 16, 1988.
