R-64-88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLToN AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-80-87, THE <br />APPOINTMENT OF FRANK BEHEST AS COLTON CITY MANAGER <br />AND RESOLUTION NO. R-160-87, ESTABLISHING THE <br />PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN THAT INCLUDED <br />EXECUTIVE EMPLOYEES. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-80-87, adopted July 17, 1987, the City <br />Council of the City of Colton amended Resolution No. R-94-86, the appointment <br />of Frank Benest as Colton City Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-160-87, adopted December 17, 1987, the <br />City Council of the City of Colton established a Pay and Classification Plan <br />that included Executive gnployees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton wishes to amend the <br />above Resolutions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton resolves as <br />follows: <br />1. That effective July 7, 1988, Frank Benest's salary be fixed at "E" step. <br />2.
