That the above recitals are all true and <br />Icorrect. <br />SECTION 2. That this legislative body declares that the <br />public convenience and necessity requires that a bonded indebted- <br />ness be incurred to finance all or a portion of certain public <br />facilities as proposed for the designated District. <br />SECTION 3. That the purpose for the proposed debt is <br />(generally described as follows: <br />CITY OF COLTON AND CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO: <br />The construction and installation of a major <br />drainage improvement designated CITRUS STREET STORM DRAIN, <br />commencing at the intersection of Citrus Street and Eighth <br />Avenue, extending Westerly approximately 6200 feet to a point <br />Easterly of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way (66" pipe <br />to 36" pipe). <br />CITY OF COLTON ONLY: <br />(1) The construction of certain park improve- <br />ments, consisting of landscaping, irrigation and appurtenant work <br />to the designated Soccer Field Area. <br />( 2 ) The construction of necessary street <br />paving and resurfacing to streets within the boundaries of the <br />District. <br />For further particulars and details, reference <br />is made to the file entitled "CITY OF COLTON, COMMUNITY FACILI- <br />TIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1, DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES", which is <br />hereby approved and incorporated herein, and a copy of which is <br />
