Under the circumstances, the independent <br />consideration of rates by the City of Colton is now <br />redundant and not in the best interests of its citizens. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Colton as follows: <br />Effective with the final adoption of this <br />Resolution, the rates permitted to be charged for ambulance <br />services within the City of Colton shall be exactly the same <br />rates as those in effect within the County of San Bernardino <br />as they may from time to time be amended. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, <br />Wr" <br />ATTEST: <br />1d<—JQ.,rr� <br />HELEN A.
