1 <br />WHEREAS, inasmuch as there are less than twelve (12) <br />2 <br />3 registered voters residing within the territory of the District, <br />and have been been for at least the preceding ninety (90) days, <br />4 <br />5 this legislative body is desirous to submit the levy of the <br />6 required special tax to the landowners of the District, said <br />7 landowners being the qualified electors as authorized by law. <br />8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />9 RECITALS <br />SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and <br />10 <br />11 correct. <br />NAME OF DISTRICT <br />12 <br />13 SECTION 2. That this legislative body does hereby establish <br />14 and declare the formation of the Community Facilities District <br />15 known and designated as "COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1". <br />BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICT <br />16 <br />17 SECTION 3. That the boundaries and parcels of land in which <br />18 the public facilities are to be provided and on which special <br />19 taxes will be levied in order to pay the costs and expenses for <br />20 said public facilities are generally described as follows: <br />21 All property within the boundaries of COMMUNITY <br />22 FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1, as shown on a map as previously <br />23 approved by this legislative body, said map designated by the <br />24 name of this Community Facilities District, a copy of which is on <br />25 file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />26 DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES <br />27 SECTION 4. A general description of the public capital <br />28 facilities which this legislative body is authorized by law to <br />
