Except as provided in Section 99.1 of the Revenue <br />and Taxation Code, in the event that a <br />jurisdictional change would affect the service area <br />or service responsibility of one or more special <br />district., the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br />San Bernardino shall, on behalf of the district or <br />districts, negotiate any exchange of property tax <br />revenues. <br />C. The City Council of the City of Colton and the Board <br />of Supervisor; of the County of San Bernardino have <br />determined the amount of property tax revenues to be <br />excnanoed as a result of the following <br />jurisdictional change: <br />LAFC NUMBER 2513 - reorganization to include <br />Annexation South 46 and detachment from CSA 38 <br />General Fire, CSA Zone G S/W Fire, CSA 70 <br />Countywide, and CSA 70 Zone A West End. <br />SECTION _2 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves <br />and orders that: <br />A. The negotiated exchange of property tax revenues <br />between the City of Colton and the County of San <br />Bernardino attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and <br />incorporated herein by reference, resulting from the <br />above-described jurisdictional change, is approved <br />and accepted. <br />-2- <br />
