That M. F. WHIPPLE & CO., INC., the appointed <br />SPECIAL TAX CONSULTANT, is hereby directed and ordered to <br />prepare a "Report" to be presented to this legislative body, <br />said "Report" to contain the following information: <br />A. General description of territory included <br />in the existing District; <br />B. General description of territory proposed <br />to be annexed to said existing District; <br />C. A description of the public capital facili- <br />ties provided in the existing District; <br />D. A description of the public capital facili- <br />ties to be provided in the territory proposed to be annexed, <br />including a plan for sharing facilities that will be provided in <br />(common with the existing District and the territory proposed for <br />annexation; <br />E. General description of special taxes to he <br />levied within the territory proposed to be annexed to pay for <br />,said public facilities. A special tax to pay for public facili- <br />(ties financed through bonds may be adjusted as authorized by <br />'Section 53339.2. <br />SECTION 3. This Annexation "Report", upon its presenta- <br />tion, shall be submitted to this legislative body for review, <br />and shall be made a part of the record of the puhlic hearing on <br />ISI the Resolution of Intention to annex territory to the existing <br />District. <br />
