That the maintenance proposed to be performed <br />consists of the furnishing of services and materials for the ordinar <br />and usual maintenance, operation and servicing of public landscaping <br />and lighting including; <br />(a) Repair, removal or replacement of all or any part <br />of the improvements thereon; <br />(b) Providing for the life, growth, health and beauty <br />of the landscaping thereon; including cultivation, irrigation, <br />trimming, spraying, fertilizing or treating for disease or injury. <br />(c) The removal of trimmings, rubbish, debris and other <br />solid waste. <br />(d) Required electrical operation, repair and replacement. <br />(e) Street light installation, servicing and maintenance. <br />Section 3. That the proposed landscaping and lighting <br />maintenance district encompasses all that certain territory of the <br />City of Colton included within the exterior boundary line shown <br />upon that certain "Proposed Boundaries of Annexations No. 10, 11 & 1 <br />to the City of Colton Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District <br />No. 1 indicating by said boundary line the extent of the territory <br />included within the proposed district and which map is on file in <br />the Office of the City Clerk. Reference is hereby made to said map <br />for further full and more particular description of said landscaping <br />and lighting maintenance district, and the said map so on file shall <br />govern all the details as to the extent of said district. <br />
