in the office of the City Clerk of the City entitled <br />"Proposed Boundaries of Community Facilities District No. <br />89-2 of the City of Colton, County of San Bernandino, State <br />of California," which map indicates by a boundary line the <br />extent of the territory included in the proposed community <br />facilities district and shall govern for all details as to <br />the extent of the community facilities district. On the <br />original and copy of the map of such community facilities <br />district on file in the City Clerk's office, the City Clerk <br />shall endorse the certificate evidencing the date and <br />adoption of this resolution. The City Clerk shall file the <br />original of such map in her office and, within fifteen (15) <br />days after the adoption of this resolution, the City Clerk <br />shall file a copy of such map so endorsed in the records of <br />the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of <br />California. <br />Section 2. The name of the proposed Community <br />Facilities District shall be "Community Facilities District <br />No. 89-2 of the City of Colton." <br />Section 3. The Facilities proposed to be financed by <br />Community Facilities District No. 89-2 are infrastructure <br />improvements as provided for in the Act which the City is <br />authorized by law to construct, acquire, own or operate and <br />as herein described. <br />Section 4. Except where funds are otherwise available, <br />it is the intention of the City Council to levy annually in <br />-3- <br />
