RESOLUTION NO. R-123-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF FORMATION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DETERMINING <br />THE VALILDITY OF PRIOR PROCEEDINGS AND <br />ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY FACILITIES <br />DISTRICT NO. 89-2 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Colton (the "City") , has heretofore adopted Resolution No. <br />R-115-89 stating its intention to form Community Facilities <br />District No. 89-2 of the City of Colton ("Community <br />Facilities District No. 89-211 or 11CFD No. 89-211) pursuant to <br />the Mello -Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, as amended, <br />(the "Act"); and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of Resolution No. R-115-89, incorpo- <br />rating a description and map of the proposed boundaries of <br />Community Facilities District No. 89-2 and setting forth the <br />services and facilities to be provided, the cost of providing <br />such services and facilities and the rate and method of <br />apportionment and manner of collection of the special tax to <br />be levied within Community Facilities District No. 89-2 to <br />pay for the services and facilities and other costs, <br />including payment of the principal and interest on bonds <br />proposed to be authorized within Community Facilities <br />District No. 89-2 is on file with the City Clerk and is <br />incorporated herein by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. R-115-89 set September 19, 1989 <br />as the date of the public hearing on the formation of CFD <br />89-2; and <br />-1- <br />
