Furthermore, the map of <br />the proposed boundaries of CFD 89-2 has been recorded in the <br />Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, <br />California in Book 56 , Page 19 of the Book of Maps of <br />Assessments and Community Facilities Districts. <br />Section 4. The type of public facilities ("Facilities") <br />proposed to be provided within CFD No. 89-2 and funded with <br />the special tax include certain real and other tangible prop- <br />erty with an estimated useful life of five years or longer, <br />including sewer, water, street, utility and drainage <br />improvements and other governmental facilities which the City <br />is authorized by law to construct, own or operate, within or <br />without CFD No. 89-2, which is necessary to meet increased <br />demands placed upon the City as a result of development or <br />rehabilitation occurring within CFD No. 89-2. The facilities <br />are more fully described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br />by this reference incorporated herein. <br />Section 5. Except where funds are otherwise available, <br />it is the intention of the Council to levy annually in <br />accordance with procedures contained in the Act, a special <br />tax sufficient to pay for the costs of financing all such <br />services and Facilities, including the principal of and <br />interest on the bonds proposed to be issued to finance such <br />Facilities, and other periodic costs and all other costs of <br />the tax levy and bond issue.
