Section -7. All of the qualified electors have waived <br />call, holding and conduction of the election pursuant to the <br />formal provisions of the Uniform District Election Law of the <br />State of California. Said electors having consented to waive <br />such formality, the Council hereby directs that the election <br />be conducted by the City Clerk, as Clerk Ex -Officio of <br />Community Facilities District No. 89-2. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton this 19th day of <br />September, 1989. <br />Frank A.
