R-126-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, MAKING FINDINGS, OVERRULING <br />PROTESTS AND OBJECTIONS, AND ORDERING THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT <br />TO SECTION 5870, FT. SEQ., OF THE STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />(Chapter 27, District No. 89-1) <br />WHEREAS, this City Council by Resolution No. <br />R-105-89 on the 15th day of August, 1989, declared its <br />intention to order the construction of certain street work <br />under Chapter 27 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State <br />of California, and caused the properties to be posted and the <br />legal owners to be notified by mail that the 19th day of <br />September, 1989 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the Council <br />Chambers of this City Council, is the time and place fixed for <br />the hearing before this City Council of protests and <br />objections; and <br />WHEREAS, such hearing was duly held by this City <br />Council at which all persons desiring to be heard thereon were <br />heard in respect of any matter relating to the work proposed; <br />and <br />
