R-134-89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN, <br />AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. R-3023, FOR <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, AS REQUESTED IN FILE <br />INDEX NUMBER G 3-89 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider an <br />Amendment to the General Plan for the City of Colton, File Index <br />Number G 3-891 as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed <br />amendment by the Planning Commission on September 1.2, 1989;. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council. has reviewed said General <br />Plan Amendment and the action of the Planning Commission relating <br />thereto in fullis familiar with contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of the Public <br />Hearing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing <br />on September 1.9, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did reconsider Assessor's <br />Parcel Numbers 1.h2 -052-0S, <br />1.6, <br />17; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the <br />City <br />Councildoes make the <br />following <br />findings: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />does hereby find, determine, and order the following: <br />1. That. the General Plan Amendment application G <br />3-89, requested by the Colton Redevelopment <br />Agency, is hereby approved as follows: <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 162-052-05, 16, 17 <br />FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO PUBLIC FACILITY <br />
