R-147-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON; AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4527, <br />AND TO FIX AND ESTABLISH A FEE AND <br />PROCEDURE FOR A BULDING PERMIT CONTRACTOR'S <br />PERFORMANCE BOND <br />WHEREAS, due notice has been given in a local publication. <br />WHEREAS, this Resolution supercedes all prior Resolutions <br />inconsistent. herewith. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Colton, that <br />the following fee is hereby established: <br />SECTION 1. Fee provided for in Ordinance No. 0-23-89 <br />Building Permit Contractor's Performance Bond, fee is one percent <br />11%1 of valuation, not to exceed a bond amount of $1,000.00. <br />SECTION 2. Section 5 (Sewer Connection Feel of Resolution No. <br />457.71 shall he no longer required in Resolution No. 4527, as <br />Resolution No. R-52-89 established current City Sewer Connection <br />Fees; and therefore, to he omitted from Resolution No. 4527. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of <br />November 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />/",72,j a - <br />HELEN A.
