That the measure voted upon at the General <br />Municipal Election is as follows: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 0-9-89, Providing for Zone <br />Reclassification of 15 + acres of vacant land <br />Assessors Parcel No. 164-252-10, 11, 12, from <br />R-1, Single Family Residential to C-2, Commer- <br />cial Development, be adopted? <br />SECTION 3. That the number of votes given at each pre- <br />cinct and the number of votes given in the City for and against <br />the measure were as listed in Exhibit "A" attached. <br />that: <br />SECTION 4. The City Council. does declare and determine <br />As a result of the Election, a majority of the voters <br />voting on the measure relating to Ordinance No. 0-9- <br />89 did vote in favor of it and that the measure was <br />carried, and shall be deemed adopted and ratified. <br />SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of <br />the City Council of the City, a statement of the result of the <br />election showing: <br />1. The whole number of votes cast in the City; <br />2. <br />The <br />measure <br />voted upon; <br />3. <br />The <br />number <br />of votes given at each precinct for and <br />against the measure; <br />4. The number of votes given in the City for and against <br />measure. <br />SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the <br />book of original Resolutions. <br />
