That pursuant to the requirements of Section <br />23302 of the Elections Code, the Board of Supervisors of the <br />County of San Bernardino is hereby requested to consent and agree <br />to the consolidation of a Special Municipal Election with the <br />County Consolidated Election on Tuesday, June 5, 1990, for the <br />purpose of submitting the following ordinance: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 0-19A-89, to Provide YES <br />for Stabilization of Rents for Mobile Home <br />Park Spaces, be adopted? NO <br />SECTION 2. That the County Election Department is author- <br />ized to canvass the returns of the Special Municipal Election. <br />The election shall be held in all respects as if there were only <br />one election, and only one form of ballot shall be used. <br />SECTION 3. That the Board of Supervisors is requested to <br />issue instructions to the County Election Department to take any <br />and all steps necessary for the holding of the consolidated <br />lelection. <br />SECTION 4. That the City of Colton recognizes that addi- <br />tional costs will be incurred by the County by reason of this <br />consolidation and agrees to reimburse the County for any costs. <br />SECTION 5. That pursuant to Article 4, Chapter 3, Divi- <br />sion 5 of the Elections Code of the State of California, the legis- <br />lative body of the City, or any member or members thereof author- <br />ized by the body, or any individual voter or bonafied association <br />of citizens, or any combination of voters and associations, may <br />file a written argument, not to exceed 300 words in length, for <br />or against the City measure. Arguments shall be filed with the <br />City Clerk of the City of Colton at 650 North La Cadena Drive, <br />
