R-153-89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO <br />FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT REGARDING <br />A CITY MEASURE. <br />WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election is to be held <br />in the City of Colton, California, on June 5, 1990, at <br />which there will be submitted to the voters the following <br />measure: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 0-19A-89, to Provide for YES <br />Stabilization of Rents for Mobile Home Park <br />Spaces, be adopted? NO <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council authorizes <br />Frank A. Gonzales, Mayor <br />Connie "Paddy" Cisneros, Councilmember <br />Max J. Lofy, Councilmember <br />members of that body, to file a written argument (in favor <br />of/against) the City measure set forth in the recitals <br />hereof in accordance with Article 4, Chapter 3, Division 5 <br />of the Elections Code of the State of California and to <br />change the argument until and including the date fixed by <br />the City Clerk after which no arguments for or against the <br />City measure may be submitted to the City Clerk. <br />SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into <br />the book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of <br />November, 1989. <br />
