1 <br />2 <br />only one election; <br />3 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does <br />4 <br />resolve, declare, determine and order as follows: <br />5 <br />SECTION 1. That pursuant to the requirements of <br />Section <br />6 <br />23302 of the Elections Code, the Board of Supervisors of <br />the <br />7 <br />County of San Bernardino is hereby requested to consent <br />and agree <br />8 <br />to the consolidation of a Special Municipal Election with <br />the <br />9 <br />County Consolidated Election on Tuesday, June 5, 1990, <br />for the <br />10 <br />purpose of submitting the following Ordinances: <br />11 <br />1. Shall the Ordinance establishing a Rent <br />YES <br />Control Exemption for Mobile dome Parks <br />12 <br />having not less than Sixty Percent Long <br />Term Tenant Leases be adopted? <br />NO <br />13 <br />2. Shall the Ordinance creating a Mobile Home <br />YES <br />14 <br />Tenant Relief Program be adopted? <br />NO <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />SECTION 2. That the County Election Department is author- <br />ized to canvass the returns of the Special Municipal Election. <br />e election shall be held in all respects as if there were only <br />e election, and only one form of ballot shall be used. <br />SECTION 3. That the Board of Supervisors is requested to <br />issue instructions to the County Election Department to take any <br />and all steps necessary for the holding of the consolidated <br />election. <br />SECTION 4. That the City of Colton recognizes that addi- <br />tional costs will be incurred by the County by reason of this <br />consolidation and agrees to reimburse the County for any costs. <br />SECTION 5.
