That the above recitals are all true and <br />correct. <br />SECTION 2. That this legislative body does hereby declare <br />the annexation o f the territory t o the existing Community <br />Facilities District, known and designated as "ANNEXATION NO. lt <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1" <br />SECTION 3. That the boundaries and parcels of land to be <br />annexed and in which the public facilities are to be provided <br />and on which special taxes will be levied in order to pay the <br />costs and expenses f o r said public facilities are generally <br />described as follows: <br />All that property and territory proposed to be <br />annexed to the existing Community Facilities District, as said <br />property is shown on a map as previously approved by this legis- <br />lative body, said map designated by the number of the annexation <br />and the name of the existing Community Facilities District, a <br />copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and <br />open for public inspection. <br />SECTION 4. A general description of the public <br />capital facilities which this legislative body is authorized by <br />law to construct, own or operate, which are the facilities to be <br />improved under these proceedings, are generally described as <br />follows: <br />The construction and installation of a major <br />drainage improvement designated CITRUS STREET STORM DRAIN, <br />commencing at the intersection of Citrus Street and Eighth <br />
