1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />61 7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />201 21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />DEFINITIONS <br />"Colton properties" shall mean those properties located within <br />the City of Colton and the District and which are subject to the <br />levy of the special taxes provided for herein. <br />"San Bernardino properties" shall mean those properties located <br />within the City of San Bernardino and the District and which are <br />subject to the levy of the special taxes provided for herein. <br />"Dwelling Unit" shall mean all properties improved through the <br />issuances of a building permit. <br />"Subdivided land" shall mean any land subject to a final approved <br />and recorded and/or subdivision map. <br />"Tentative Tract" shall mean any land subject to an approved <br />tentative parcel and/or tentative parcel map. <br />"Annual Bond Obligation" shall mean all annual costs and expenses <br />relating to the payment of principal and interest on outstanding <br />bonds, including the replenishment of the reserve and payment of <br />annual bond administrative expenses relating to the Citrus Street <br />Drainage Improvement bond authorization. <br />
