R-26-89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON REGARDING DISCIPLINARY <br />ACTION TARN. <br />WHEREAS, David Duncan, an employee, was dismissed as disciplinary <br />action and appealed such disciplinary action to the Civil Service Board of <br />the City of Colton, and; <br />WHEREAS, said Civil Service Board conducted a hearing and said app <br />made findings and recomnendations with regard thereto and certified the same <br />to the City Council, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received, reviewed, and considered <br />said findings and recamiendations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton resolves as <br />follows: <br />It is the judgnent of the City Council that the disciplinary action <br />taken shall be modified as follows: <br />Suspension for three (3) days <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK <br />
