The City Council finds that the applicant conforms to the <br />Zoning Ordinance requirements for granting of a Variance. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES: <br />The appeal filed by Mr. Vince Eupierre and Burger King, regarding <br />File Index Number V 3-89 is granted. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED <br />this 7th day of March 1989 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
