RESOLUTION NO. R-48-89 <br />1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE AND <br />EXECUTION OF AN INDENTURE WITH THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY <br />2 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DRAINAGE FACILITY AND APPURTENANT FACILITIES <br />CONCERNING PROPERTY LOCATED ON HUNTS LANE, SOUTH OF REDLANDS BOULEVARD <br />3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />4 FOLLOWS: <br />5 SECTION I: The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Colton are <br />6 hereby authorized and directed to execute and accept on behalf of said <br />7 City an Indenture with the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a copy <br />8 of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as fully <br />9 as though set forth at length, marked Exhibit "A", for the construction <br />10 of a drainage facility and all appurtenances and more particularly described <br />11 in said Indenture and concerning that certain real property in the City <br />12 of San Bernardino and City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of <br />13 California, generally located at the intersection of Hunts Lane and the <br />14 Southern Pacific Railroad Crossing, South of Redlands Boulevard and said <br />15 City consents to the recordation thereof. <br />16 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1989. <br />17 <br />18 is <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 MAYOt <br />25 <br />26 ATTEST: <br />27 <br />28 �� YSGrno� <br />CITY CLERK <br />
