The City Council of the City of Colton and the Board of <br />Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino have <br />determined the amount of property tax revenues to be <br />exchanged as a result of the following jurisdictional <br />change: <br />LAFC NUMBER 2531 reorganization to include <br />Annexation South 48 and detachment from CSA 38 <br />General Fire, CSA Zone G S/W Fire, CSA 70 <br />Countywide, and CSA 70 Zone A West End, and San <br />Bernardino Valley Municipal Water <br />SECTION 2 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves and orders <br />that: <br />A. The negotiated exchange of property tax revenues between <br />the City of Colton and the County of San Bernardino <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein <br />by reference, resulting from the above—described <br />jurisdictional change, is approved and accepted. <br />B. The annual tax increment generated in the area subject to <br />the iurisdictional change and attributable to the local <br />agencies whose service area or service responsibilities <br />will be altered by the proposed jurisdictional change <br />shall be allocated in future years pursuant to the <br />provisions of Section 98 of the revenue and Taxation <br />Code. <br />—2— <br />
