R-62 -89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SET A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR PROTESTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL LEVYING OF <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT #1 <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is being proposed for June <br />20, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Colt <br />WHEREAS, a public notice shall be advertised in the local <br />newspaper for a period not less than twice, and not less than 20 <br />days prior to the hearing date. <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the engineer's report will be made <br />available for public inspection of the proposed levied assessments <br />in the office of the City Clerk 20 days prior to the set hearing <br />date. <br />NOW THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton that June 20, 1989 is set as the date for hearing <br />any protests as related to the annual assessments for the City of <br />Colton's and Landscaping Maintenance District 111. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1989 <br />RANK 0 ALES <br />Ma yror <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN AMR OS, CMU <br />City Clerk <br />
