The proposed nroiect, it granted a General Plan Amendment, <br />will be r_onsistent with the elements of the General Plan. <br />2. Tile proposal is deemed of warrant a Negative Declaration. <br />3. The or000sal is considered to he consistent with the current <br />and projected trattic patterns. <br />4. The proposal, it granted, will be compatible with its <br />su1-ro0nd1n0 uses. <br />
