That the purpose for the proposed debt is <br />generally described as follows: <br />To finance the construction, acquisition or <br />rehabilitation of street improvements, water and sewer lines, <br />landscaping and utilities, including appurtenances and appurte- <br />nant work, the acquisition of a school and park site and right- <br />of-way where necessary, and the construction and installation of <br />park facilities. For further particulars and details, refe- <br />rence is made to the file entitled "CITY OF COLTON, COMMUNITY <br />FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 89-1 (PACIFIC SUMMIT), DESCRIPTION OF <br />FACILITIES AND COST ESTIMATE", which is hereby approved and <br />incorporated herein, and a copy of which is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. For all particulars, reference is <br />made to said approved file. <br />SECTION 4. That the amount of the proposed bonded indebted- <br />ness, including the cost of public capital facilities, together <br />with all incidental expenses and costs of financing, shall not <br />exceed $5,000,000.00. <br />SECTION 5. NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ON TUESDAY, THE IST DAY OF <br />AUGUST, 1989, AT THE HOUR OF 7:30 O'CLOCK P.M., IN THE REGULAR <br />MEETING PLACE OF THE LEGISLATIVE BODY, BEING THE COUNCIL <br />CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE INTEN- <br />TION OF THIS LEGISLATIVE BODY TO INCUR A BONDED INDEBTEDNESS TO <br />FINANCE PUBLIC FACILITIES IN THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT <br />BY THE LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX.
