R-91 -89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF ADAMS STREET, <br />WEST OF LINCOLN STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the Citv of Colton <br />does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of <br />a portion of Adams Street west of Lincoln Street. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 15th day of <br />August, 1989, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, <br />California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place <br />when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3• That John C. Hutton, Director of Public Work: <br />of the City of Colton, is hereby directed to cause "Notice of <br />Street Vacation" to be posted as required by law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1989 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
