RESOLUTION NO. R- 11_90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON) PRIORITIZING THE TYPES OF PROJECTS TO <br />BE FUNDED BY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />FUNDS FOR FY 90-91 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter <br />into an agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to <br />rece.ive.. Community Development Block Grant funds; and <br />WHEREAS, as a cooperating city, the City of Colton will receive <br />$170,000 to $172,000 in Community Block Grant funds for FY 90-91; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible <br />projects will be funded with these funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton prioritizes projects in the following order: <br />1. <br />Urban Beautification <br />$ <br />62,000 <br />[.Capital improvements - S. La Cadena) <br />2. <br />Graffiti Eradication <br />$ <br />43,500 <br />3. <br />Senior Outreach Program <br />$ <br />20,000 <br />4. <br />Youth Intervention Program <br />$ <br />27,500 <br />S. <br />Contingency Fund <br />$ <br />17,000 <br />6. <br />Museum Renovations - Final Phase <br />$149,626 <br />7. <br />Cooley House Rehabilitation <br />$205,000 <br />B. <br />And to reallocate funds previously <br />approved for Water Improvements <br />$ <br />95,000 <br />To be transferred as follows to <br />existing projects: <br />Computer mapping $70,000 <br />Contingency account $25,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1990 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
