R-111-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AND <br />ORDERING THE RECORDING OF A BOUNDARY <br />MAP OF PROPOSED COMMUNITY FACILITIES <br />DISTRICT NO. 90-1 (MOUNT VERNON CORRIDOR) <br />WHEREAS, on September 18, 1990, the City Council of the City <br />of Colton (the "City Council") adopted a Resolution stating its <br />intention to form Community Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mount <br />Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, <br />State of California ("CFD No. 90-111) and pursuant to the Mello -Roos <br />Community Facilities Act of 1982 (the "Act"), being Chapter 2.5, <br />Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of <br />California; and <br />WHEREAS, a map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Community <br />Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mount Vernon Corridor) of the City of <br />Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California (the <br />"Boundary Map") setting forth the legal description, boundary line <br />and the extent of the territory within CFD No. 90-1 which conforms <br />to the requirements of Section 3110 et sea, of the Streets and <br />Highways Code of the State of California and the Act has been <br />presented to the City Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
