10.04.050--10.04.075 <br />10.04.050 Section 2.9 of Article II amended --When <br />vehiclesmay be removed from streets. Article II, subsection <br />(a) of Section 2.9 is amended to read as follows: <br />"Enforcement and Obedience to Traffic Regulations -- <br />Section 2.9. when vehicles may be removed from Streets -- <br />Sub Section (a). <br />Any vehicle that has been parked or left standing upon <br />a street or highway for 72 or more consecutive hours." (Ord. <br />1173, 1963). <br />10.04.060 Section 9.1 of Article VIII amended--Stoppir <br />standing or parking --In 2,a <br />i3 Article VIII, <br />Section 9.1 of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"Section 9.1. Stopping or Standing in Parkways Pro- <br />hibited. <br />No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within <br />any parkway, provided, however at the locations hereinafter <br />described 60 degree diagonal parking shall be allowed between <br />the street side of the sidewalk and the gutter lines: <br />1. Along the West side of 7th Street from the curb <br />return to a distance 80 feet north of the center line of 'M' <br />Street. <br />2. Along the north side of 'M' Street from the curb <br />return to a distance of 120 feet East of the centerline of <br />8th Street." (Ord. 1239 §1, 1965). <br />10.04.070 Section 9.2 of Article VIII adopted --Pedes- <br />trians to use crosswalks in business districts. There is <br />adopted a section to be numbered 9.2, Article VIII, which <br />section is to be a part of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance <br />adopted by reference in Section 10.04.010, hereof, to read <br />as follows: <br />"Section 9.2. No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other <br />than by a cross walk, in any business district." (Ord. <br />1074 53(a), 1960). <br />10.04.075 Section 9.3 amended by adding subsec <br />(K) --No parking areas. There is added to Section 9. <br />parking areas," subsection (K) as follows: <br />'O "Within fifty feet of an intersection, except passenger <br />cars."
