1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER R-115-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING FEES <br />FOR THE VEHICLE ABATEMENT PROGRAM, <br />REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE 0-13-90 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Colton resolves as follows: <br />Ordinance 0-13-90, Section 18.38.033, provides that the City <br />Council shall set by Resolution the fees to be collected to offset <br />City costs. <br />There are costs to support, to equip, and to supervise employees. <br />There are costs for health insurance, retirement and other <br />"fringe" employee benefits. <br />Considering direct and indirect costs, the cost to the City of <br />Colton for the time on its employees is at least forty dollars per <br />hour. <br />As to reimbursement of City of Colton costs, <br />The charge for costs of the City of Colton to be made pursuant to <br />Ordinance 0-13-90 shall be forty dollars per hour of employee time <br />directly spent on the particular matter. <br />Such charges may be collected as provided in said Ordinance <br />including through County Tax Liens on real property and also by <br />court action against responsible parties. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED <br />THIS 2nd DAY OF OCTOBER, 1990 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
