R-118-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF AN ALLEYWAY <br />SOUTH OF MILL ST. AND NORTH OF HUNTER RD. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does herereby declare its intention to order the <br />abandonment of all that portion of an alleyway south of Mill <br />St. and north of Hunter Rd. as recorded in Map Book 160, <br />Page 7, official records of San Bernardino County Recorder. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of <br />the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 20th day <br />of November, 1990, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, <br />Colton, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time <br />and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting <br />to the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />
