Findings. The City Council finds as follows: <br />(a) All of the preceding recitals are correct; <br />(b) On October 30, 1990, pursuant to notice thereof duly <br />given as provided by law, the City Council conducted a public <br />hearing with respect to the establishment of the Community <br />Facilities District and the annual levying of specified special <br />taxes on the taxable property within the Community Facilities <br />District to pay principal of and interest on bonds to be issued <br />for the Community Facilities District to finance the public <br />facilities which are described in Section 3 hereof; <br />(c) The boundary map of the Community Facilities District <br />was recorded with the County Recorder of the County of San <br />Bernardino on October 15, 1990, pursuant to Sections 3111 and <br />3113 of the California Streets and Highways Code, as Instrument <br />No. 90-409124 at pages 25 and 26 in Book 61 of Maps of <br />Assessment and Community Facilities Districts of the official <br />records of the County of San Bernardino; <br />(d) All prior proceedings with respect to the establish- <br />ment of the Community Facilities District prior to and during <br />the hearing with respect to the establishment of the Community <br />Facilities District conducted by the City Council on Octo- <br />3 <br />
