Types of Facilities• Incidental Expenses. <br />(a) The types of public facilities (the "Facilities") <br />proposed to be provided within and for the benefit of and to be <br />financed by the Community Facilities District are set forth in <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference; provided, however, that such specifically identified <br />Facilities may be changed as may be determined to be necessary by <br />the department(s) of the City having responsibility for specific <br />types of the Facilities. <br />(b) The incidental expenses which will be incurred are: <br />(i) the cost of planning and designing the Facilities and the cost <br />of environmental evaluations thereof, (ii) all costs associated <br />with the creation of the Community Facilities District, issuance of <br />the bonds thereof, the determination of the amount of and <br />collection of taxes, the payment of taxes, and costs otherwise <br />incurred in order to carry out the authorized purposes of the <br />Community Facilities District, and (iii) any other expenses <br />incidental to the construction, completion, and inspection of the <br />Facilities. <br />Section 4. Amendment of Rate and Method of Apportionment. <br />Resolution No. R-101-90, the Resolution of Intention of the City <br />Council to establish the Community Facilities District and to <br />authorize the levy of the Special Tax within the Community <br />Facilities District is hereby ordered to be amended and modified by <br />including a revised Rate and Method of Apportionment of the Special <br />Tax for the Community Facilities District attached hereto at <br />Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein by this reference.
