(a) The types of public facilities (the "Facilities") proposed to be provided within and for the benefit of and to be financed by the Community Facilities District are set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; provided, however, that such specifically identified Facilities may be changed as may be determined to be necessary by the department(s) of the City having responsibility for specific types of the Facilities. (b) The incidental expenses which will be incurred are: (i) the cost of planning and designing the Facilities and the cost of environmental evaluations thereof, (ii) all costs associated with the creation of the Community Facilities District, issuance of the bonds thereof, the determination of the amount of and collection of taxes, the payment of taxes, and costs otherwise incurred in order to carry out the authorized purposes of the Community Facilities District, and (iii) any other expenses incidental to the construction, completion, and inspection of the Facilities. Section 4. Amendment of Rate and Method of Apportionment. Resolution No. R-101-90, the Resolution of Intention of the City Council to establish the Community Facilities District and to authorize the levy of the Special Tax within the Community Facilities District is hereby ordered to be amended and modified by including a revised Rate and Method of Apportionment of the Special Tax for the Community Facilities District attached hereto at Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein by this reference.
