1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />WHEREAS, on October 30, 1990, at the conclusion of the <br />hearing, the City Council adopted Resolution No. R-120-90, the <br />resolution of formation pursuant to Section 53325.1(a) of the <br />California Government Code establishing Community Facilities <br />District No. 90-1 (Mount Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, <br />County of San Bernardino, State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary for the Community Facilities District to incur a bonded <br />indebtedness for the purpose of providing public facilities which <br />are necessary to the development of the property therein; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Necessity. It is necessary for the Community <br />Facilities District to incur a bonded indebtedness in an aggregate <br />principal amount not to exceed $10,000,000 for the purpose of <br />providing the public facilities specified in Resolution No. R-101- <br />90, the resolution of intention for the Community Facilities <br />District, which include but are not limited to the following: <br />Street improvements including signalization, grading, paving, <br />curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street lights, medians and <br />landscaping to Mount Vernon Avenue between Colton Avenue and olive <br />Street; acquisition and construction of public parking lots <br />including acquisition of land, paving, lighting and landscaping <br />adjacent to Mount Vernon Avenue and between Colton Avenue and <br />-2- <br />
