1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 and gutters, sidewalks, street lights, medians and landscaping to Mount Vernon Avenue between Colton Avenue and Olive Street, acquisition and construction of public parking lots, including acquisition of land, paving, lighting and landscaping adjacent to Mount Vernon Avenue and between Colton Avenue and Olive Street, and acquisition of land, rights-of-way and easements necessary for any of those facilities, and costs incidental thereto, to replenish the reserve fund for such bonds, or to accumulate funds for future bond payments, and to pay expenses incidental thereto and to the levy and collection of such special taxes, so long as such special taxes are needed to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds and for such other purposes, at the special tax rates and pursuant to the method of apportioning the special taxes set forth in Exhibit "C" to Resolution No. R-120-90 adopted by the City Council of the City of Colton on October 30, 1990? Proposition C Shall an appropriations limit, as defined by subdivision (h) of Section 8 of Article XIII B of the California Constitu- tion, be established for Community Facilities District No. 90- 1 (Mount Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, in the amount of $2,500,000? Section 4. Consolidation of Elections.
