Hutton, <br />Director of Public Works as agent of the City of Colton to <br />conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, <br />including, but not limited to applications, agreements, amend- <br />ments, payment requests and so on, which may be necessary for <br />the completion of the aforementioned project. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of <br />November, 1990. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />STEPHEN W.
