R-131-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF <br />A PORTION OF AN ALLEYWAY SOUTH OF <br />MILL ST. AND NORTH OF HUNTER RD. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Colton <br />having elected to proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 <br />et. seq. of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of <br />California, and having held a public hearing as provided <br />therein, hereby finds from all the evidence submitted that all <br />that portion of an alleyway south of Mill St. and north of <br />Hunter Rd. as recorded in Map Book 160, Page 7, <br />records of San Bernardino County, California described as <br />follows: <br />Hunter Rd. east to end of alleyway right-of-way <br />and north from Lot 56 to Mill St. <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective public street <br />purposes and the public interest and convenience requires the <br />closing of said streets, with the City reserving all utility <br />easements. <br />i� <br />
