All of the above recitals are true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2. The proposed form of Purchase Agreement as <br />presented to this meeting is hereby approved. The Mayor and City <br />Clerk are authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge and <br />deliver the Purchase Agreement in substantially the form as <br />presented at this meeting, with such changes therein as the <br />officers executing the same, with the advice of the City Attorney <br />and Bond Counsel, may require or approve, such approval to be <br />conclusively evidenced by execution and delivery thereof. <br />Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the <br />Certificate of Acceptance attached to the Purchase Agreement, and <br />to accept such real property on behalf of the City. <br />Section 4. The purchase of the real property and <br />execution of the Purchase Agreement is expressly conditioned upon <br />the successful closing of the Bond financing, and upon <br />satisfaction of all terms and conditions set forth in the Purchase <br />Agreement at or prior to Bond closing. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, <br />1990. <br />J <br />Mayor of the City of 1 n, California <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk of the City of Colton, <br />California <br />
