The proposed form of Agreements as presented <br />to this meeting are hereby approved. The Mayor and City Clerk are <br />authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge and deliver the <br />Agreements in substantially the form presented at this meeting, <br />with such changes therein as the officers executing the same, with <br />the advice of the City Attorney and Bond Counsel, may require or <br />approve, such approval to be conc2lusively evidenced by execution <br />and delivery thereof. <br />Section 2. The City Manager, the City Treasurer, and the <br />Director of the Public Works Department and any other appropriate <br />persons are authorized to take any and all actions required or <br />necessary for the City to perform pursuant to the Agreements. <br />ADOPTED this the 20th day of November, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk of the City of <br />Colton <br />Mayor of the dtty-�ofucolton <br />-3- <br />
