TT 15102 AN APPEAL OF A <br />PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION REGARDING A SUBDIVISION <br />OF 2.5 ACRES OF LAND <br />WHEREAS the Wyatt Construction did appeal a Planning <br />Commission decision to deny File No. TT15102; and <br />WHEREAS the City of Colton did properly advertise and post a <br />public hearing to consider an appeal by the Wyatt Construction; <br />and <br />WHEREAS the Council having heard all pertinent testimony; <br />and <br />WHEREAS the Council made the following findings: <br />A) The subdivision will cause insurmountable parking <br />problems due to the long driveways. <br />B) The subdivision is not compatible in nature to the <br />existing single family homes. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton does hereby deny file TT15102. <br />1990.
