R- 15 -90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF TWO STREETS, IRON HORSE. DRIVE <br />AND GOLDEN SPIKE DRIVE <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of <br />Colton <br />does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of <br />all that portion of Iron Horse Drive as recorded in Book 175 of <br />Maps, Pages 34 and 35, and Golden Spike Drive as recorded in <br />Book 175, Page 35, records of San Bernardino County, State of <br />California described as follows: <br />IRON HORSE DRIVE <br />That portion of Iron Horse Avenue (60' wide) <br />in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, <br />Tract #11100, being southerly of the south <br />right-of-way of Station Drive to the northerly <br />right-of-way of San Bernardino Avenue. <br />GOLDEN SPIKE DRIVE <br />That portion of Golden Spike Drive (60' wide) in <br />the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, <br />Tract #111OO, being westerly of the west right- <br />of-way of Iron Horse Drive to the easterly right- <br />of-way of Eucalyptus Avenue. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment <br />(reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of <br />Ithe City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 3rd day <br />of April, 1990, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, <br />Colton, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time <br />and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting <br />
