R- 21 -90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER R-11-90 TO <br />AMEND PRIORITY LIST FOR COLTON'S COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter <br />into an agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to <br />receive Community Development Block Grant funds; and <br />WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton will receive <br />$170,000 to $172,000 in Community Block Grant funds for FY 90-91.; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Museum Renovation - portion of final phase and <br />the South La Cadena Facade program have been approved by the <br />County of San Bernardino as eligible for Community Development <br />Block Grant funding; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council of <br />the City of Colton has <br />placed these <br />projects <br />on the 1990-1.991 <br />Community Development <br />Block Grant <br />Priority List; and <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Redevelopment Agency has indicated that the <br />Colton Museum Renovation Project - portion of final phase will be <br />implemented using the reallocated $7.5,000, previously allocated to <br />the Contingency fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has indicated that. <br />(the South La Cadena Facade Program will be implemented using the <br />reallocated $50,000.00 previously allocated to the South La Cadena <br />Beautification Program; and <br />WHEREAS, funding both pr03ects will provide benefit and meet the <br />
