P.- 23 -90 <br />RESOLUTION R.EPE.ALING RESOLUTION NO. 4052, A <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION OF <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS <br />COURTS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />Rules and regulations relating to the construction <br />and inspection of street improvements within public streets, <br />alleys, courts and other public places be fixed to read as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 2. For construction, repair or alteration <br />of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, cross gutters and spandrels, <br />driveways, pavements, sewer manholes, catch basins, and other <br />structures, storm drains, sanitary sewers and water lines, and <br />encroachment permits, a charge for inspection shall be made <br />and paid at the following rates, to -wit: <br />1.
