RESOLUTION NO. R-33-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON <br />POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, CITY OF <br />COLTON, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 24, 1989. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full con- <br />sideration to the results of meetings between repre- <br />sentatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the <br />Colton Police Management Association, held pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 3500 et seg.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum <br />of Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions pro- <br />vided herein shall be effective as of December 24, 1989. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of <br />April, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
