R -33A-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE REPAIR OF THE SEWER <br />MAIN FOR SHASTA DR. AND SCENIC DR. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />declares that the repair of the sewer main for Shasta Dr. <br />and Scenic Dr. to be an emergency; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State Governmant Code, Section <br />20168 allows for emergency work to be done to safeguard the <br />life, health or property of the public. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City <br />Council waives the bid processing procedure for the <br />immediate repair of the sewer main for Shasta Dr. and <br />Scenic Dr. in order to safeguard the life, health and <br />property of the public. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of <br />May, 1990. <br />RAF ON LES- <br />-y r <br />PROVED AS TO FORM: <br />_"___P__ .
