RESOLUTION NO. R-41-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES <br />ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT, CITY OF COLTON, <br />EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 24, 1989 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City <br />of Colton and representatives of the San Bernardino Public <br />Employees Association, General Unit, held pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 3500 et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incor- <br />porated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein shall be effective as of December 24, 1989. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May , <br />1990. <br />FRANK A.
