R-47-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SET A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR PROTESTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL LEVYING OF <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT #1 <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is being proposed for June 19, <br />1990 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Colton. <br />WHEREAS, a public notice shall be advertised in the local <br />newspaper for a period not less than twice, and not less than 20 <br />days prior to the hearing date. <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the engineer°s report will be made <br />available for public inspection of the proposed levied assessments <br />In the office of the City Clerk 20 days prior to the set hearing <br />date. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton that June 19, 1990 is set as the date for hearing <br />any protests as related to the annual assessments for the City of <br />Colton°s and Landscaping Maintenance District #1. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1990 <br />A,PPROVEDTO <br />STEPHEN W.
